Consumers who have applied online for a new connection can receive their Demand Notice through the Electricity New Connection (ENC) website. Here’s how you can check for your Demand Notice status online:

  • Go to the FESCO ENC website.
  • Navigate to the Track button from the left side of the screen.
  • Click on New Connection in the application type.
  • Enter the Company Name and Tracking ID of your application.
  • Tap on Submit button.

How to Pay the Demand Notice at the Bank?

The procedure for paying the FESCO Demand Notice is pretty straightforward. First, you must review your notice status, if available then print it from the website. Next, you need to submit the amount at the bank and upload the receipt. Follow the below-given steps for a detailed overview:

Print The Demand Notice:

When the Demand Notice is issued to you, you need to take a print of it following these steps:

  • Go to the FESCO ENC website.
  • Click on Print DN by hovering on the left side of the screen.
  • Tap on New Connection in the application type.
  • Enter your Tracking ID or CNIC in the input field.
  • Select the Submit button.
  • Navigate and click on the Print Demand Notice option.

Once you tap it, the Demand Notice will be downloaded to your respective PC, laptop, or mobile phone. Generally, it gets saved in PDF form and consists of two pages. Anyways, you can get a print of this file from a nearby printer shop.

Pay at The Designated Bank

The second stage of paying the demand notice is submitting the printed notice at the designated bank. The bank details and payable amount are mentioned on the notice. You just need to give it to the bank. After that, upload your paid Demand Notice receipt on the Electricity New Connection (ENC) website. Here’s how you can do this:

  • Go to the FESCO ENC website.
  • Click on the Upload DN option from the side menu.
  • Tap on New Connection in the application type.
  • Enter your Tracking ID or CNIC.
  • Select the Submit button.

This will send your paid Demand Notice details to the FESCO officers, who can then verify and start working on installing your new electricity connection.

Once you pay the Demand Notice, the FESCO officers are obliged to install a new connection within the given framework, which may change with new updates:

  • 30 days for load up to 15kW
  • 53 days for load up to 15kW under 70kW
  • 73 days for load up to 70kW under 500kW
  • 106 days for load up to 500kW under 5,000kW
  • 496 days for all loads above 5000kW
